Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/2 c. milk

2 c. buttermilk

1/4 c. butter, melted (1/2 stick)

2 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. baking soda

2-3 Tbsp. sugar

 

Instructions:

1. Whisk together eggs, milk, buttermilk, and butter.

2. Combine all dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Mix to combine. Adjust thickness by adding more flour or milk.

3. On flattop or in skillet, drop batter and cook pancakes on medium-low heat until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until golden (will take less time on the second side).
