Ingredients:

1 stuck butter, softened

1 1/4 c. sugar

3 eggs, beaten

2 1/4 c. flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 c. pumpkin puree

3/4 c. milk

 

Instructions:

1. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, one at a time.

2. Sift together dry ingredients.

3. In medium bowl, combine pumpkin and milk. Add alternately with the dry ingredients to butter and sugar mixture.

4. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.
