Ingredients:

4 c. (40 oz.) mashed sweet potatoes

1/2 c. white sugar

2 tbsp. vanilla extract

4 eggs, beaten

1/2 pint heavy cream

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:

1 stick butter, cold

1 c. packed brown sugar

1/2 c. flour

1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

 

Instructions:

1. In large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, vanilla, eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend well and spread evenly in a greased casserole dish.

Topping:

2. Cut together the butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until set.
