Ingredients:

1 lb. pork chop loins (2 8-oz., 1/2" thick)

1/4 c. teriyaki sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. frozen peas & carrots

3/4 c. water

1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice

1 tsp. dried minced onion

1/4 c. shredded cheese

salt & pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Place pork chops and teriyaki sauce in resealable plastic bag. Turn to coat, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

2. In large bowl, combine soup, peas & carrots, water, rice, onion, and salt & pepper. Transfer to an 11"x7" baking dish.

3. Discard marinade and place pork over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

4. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 15-20 minutes.
