
Ingredients:
2 c. (12 oz.) vanilla/white chocolate chips
1 can (16 oz.) creamy vanilla frosting
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
4 drops red food coloring
2 tbsp. peppermint candies, crushed
Instructions:
1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper, extending over edges, and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Melt chips in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth. Stir in frosting and peppermint extract.
3. Spread into the lined pan. Drop food color over fudge and pull a knife or toothpick through mixture to marble. Sprinkle the crushed candies on top and press slightly into fudge. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
4. Remove fudge from pan; flip and remove foil/paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
