Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef (or shredded chicken)

9 whole lasagna noodles

28-oz. jar marinara sauce

16-oz. jar alfredo sauce

3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

3 oz. onion & chive cream cheese

garlic powder to taste

2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain and place in large bowl.

3. Meanwhile, boil lasagna noodles for 10-12 minutes. Drain and lay noodles out on wax paper- or foil-lined cookie sheet.

4. To ground beef, add parmesan, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix to combine. Add alfredo sauce and mix.

5. In casserole dish, pour 1 c. marinara sauce in the bottom.

6. To assemble lasagna roll, spread 1/2 c. beef mixture about 2/3 the way up a noddle. Roll up and place into baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.

7. Cover rolled noodles with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
