Ingredients:

1/2 c. long grain rice

2 c. coconut milk

1 1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla


Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 

2. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

3. Chill and serve.
