Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 bag)

6 tbsp. butter, softened

1 c. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/2 c. powdered sugar


Instructions:

1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

2. Melt 1 c. chocolate chips. In separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. 

3. Beat in eggs, and add flour mixture and chocolate chips.

4. Wrap in plastic and freeze about 20-30 minutes, or refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Make small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, about 1" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. 

6. Cool on wire rack. (Cookies will still look soft, but will harden when cooled.)
