Ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. (1/2 a stick) butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In large bowl, mix together baking mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
