Ingredients:
1 lb. broccoli florets, cooked/defrosted
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
Instructions:
1. In casserole dish, whisk together soups and milk, and season with salt & pepper to taste.
2. Stir in chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
3. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over cheese.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and browned.
