Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
2. Defrost broccoli & drain. Mix with all other ingredients.
3. Pour into small casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, until bubbles form and crackers are browned.
*Double recipe for 9x13 casserole dish.
