Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 sm. box instant banana cream pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan or cupcake liners.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes two 8" or 9" cakes or about 24 cupcakes.
(Goes well with cream cheese icing!)
