Ingredients:

1/2 c. (1 stick) cold butter, cubed

2 c. flour

3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 c. cooked bacon, chopped

1 c. heavy whipping cream

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add cheese, bacon, and whipping cream, stirring just until moistened and combined.

3. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 3-4 times. Roll out to 3/4" thickness and cut with 2 1/2" round cutter.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden. Makes about 15 biscuits.
